Valley Tool's sump cleaning service is an asset to our organization. We no longer must worry about taking someone off a job to do a clean-out, Valley comes in per determined schedule and no production loss incurred, they're very flexible as far as scheduling to meet what our needs are. The maintained coolant condition and concentricity level has improved tool life on all our machines allowing better efficiency due to less tooling changes. We will continue to utilize their service for some time to come and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in pursuing outsourcing sump clean-outs. The Castrol products perform admirably. Our coolant life has tripled, most sump clean-outs are simply filtering coolant for fines and putting right back into machine. In the past, every sump clean-out resulted in a fresh coolant recharge, with the Castrol we only do a full recharge once per year.
