Valley Tool manufactures chamber reamers used by gunsmiths and firearms manufacturers to cut the chamber of a pistol, rifle, or shotgun. Our vast design experience and technical background allows us to manufacture many sizes & styles of solid carbide chamber reamers for chatter-free reaming with exceptional finishes. We utilize an ultra-fine micro-grain carbide with a high degree of transverse rupture strength (TRS) to ensure toughness in the most unforgiving of machining environments. A heat resistant coating is applied to ensure tool life while minimizing edge rounding to ensure a high degree of sharpness in the cut. Additional post-polishing process is completed for a smooth chip clearance. Chambers reamers are made to CIP / SAAMI specifications or custom specifications for standardized cartridges. Pilots and bushing are optional and available upon request.
