Drill Counterbore

Drills with a counterbore work to create a hole perfectly cut to fit a screw or similarly sized plug. The drill cutting tool creates the shaft for the insertion of the screw while the counterbore enlarges to top of the hole, creating a cylindrical opening with a flat bottom for the screw or plug to rest upon. Like all multi-function tooling, the Drill Counterbore does multiple jobs at once, allowing for machinists to accomplish more between tooling changes. To begin designing your custom cutting tool, please enter your measurements and requirements into the fields below.

If you are not sure of a dimension or it is not critical, leave it blank and we will quote the standard.
