Chamfer Cutters - Tipped Off
Unlike our custom Pointed Chamfer Cutters, Tipped Off Chamfer Cutters, also known as Flat End Chamfer Cutters, do not end in a sharp point. As the pinpoint tip is the most delicate point on the cutting tool and therefore the most likely to break, the Tipped Off Chamfer Cutters enjoys a longer lifespan, increasing productivity by reducing tooling changes! Instead of using the pointed tip as the cutting tool, these tipped off cutters use the sharp edges of the flutes to achieve a broader, less delicate chamfering and deburring.
